Animal Rescue Fund

The Animal Rescue Fund (ARF) is an all-volunteer charitable organization dedicated to raising funds to help existing, Virginia-based animal shelters and animal rescue services that receive little or no government support. 

We raise funds independently through private fundraising events and charitable contributions. These funds are made available through grants to eligible animal rescue organizations that have applied for aid for specific programs or needs.

A financial statement is available upon written request from the Office of Consumer Affairs of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
